Staff Changes at ACA Cardiovascular

ACA Cardiovascular of Incline Village, Nevada, promoted and added to its staff, according to a March 1 press release. Heather Combs, RN, became the chief operating officer of the firm and Charlie Dailey joined as a development associate.

Combs has operational and clinical expertise with both freestanding and institutionally based cath labs and multi-modal cardiology service centers. She came to ACA Cardiovascular from National Cardiovascular Partners where she worked for more than 12 years as a regional vice president of operations. At ACA, Combs provides operational and executive leadership, including a range of ASC experience, physician relationship management, facility acquisitions and de novo openings. She is based in Houston, Texas.

Dailey has worked in several heathcare companies in developing new clients and servicing existing clients. He will focus on the southeast and Midwestern states and be based in Tallahassee, Florida.
