Compass Surgical Announces Joint Venture with Jersey Shore

Compass Surgical Partners of Raleigh, North Carolina, an independent, full-service ASC development and management partner, formed a joint venture with Jersey Shore Ambulatory Surgery Center in Somers Point, New Jersey, according to a release.

“My colleagues and I are excited to partner with Compass Surgical Partners to further expand our outpatient surgical care offerings for the patients of the Jersey Shore community,” said Stephen Zabinski, MD, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and a partner at Jersey Shore Ambulatory Surgery Center, in the release. “Our focus has always been providing safe and high-quality surgical care with the comfort and convenience of an outpatient environment. We are confident that our partnership with Compass Surgical Partners will continue to contribute to our ability to deliver on this commitment.”

Jersey Shore Ambulatory Surgery Center is a 12,000-square-foot facility with four operating rooms equipped with state-of-the-art technology, as well as one procedure room. The ASC offers outpatient procedures across a spectrum of medical specialties, including orthopedics, total joint replacements, spine, ophthalmology, pain management and podiatry. The surgery center is accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, certified by Medicare and licensed by the state of New Jersey.
