Over the course of my career working in ASCs, it’s been hard not to marvel at the extraordinary advances in technology that have affected and improved everything from front office administration to the equipment and devices that make up the modern surgical suite. In fact, it would be hard to overstate the role that technology has played in bringing about the evolution of outpatient surgery and ASCs.
