In August 2017, Mississippi Valley Surgery Center in Davenport, Iowa, began work on a multi-million-dollar addition and renovation. One year later, the project is going “relatively smoothly,” says Michael Patterson, RN, ASCA Board member and the ASC’s president and chief executive officer. There is still much work to be done, but Patterson is confident that the project will be completed successfully.
