Solara Surgical Partners, Orlando Health Launch Joint Venture

Solara Surgical Partners has joined forces with Orlando Health to form a national joint venture that will collaborate with physicians to drive the expansion of ASCs, according to a release. This strategic partnership brings together Orlando Health’s clinical infrastructure with Solara’s ASC development and operational experiences throughout the country. The joint venture will support the evolving needs and rapid growth in the outpatient surgical space, prioritizing safe, cost-effective and high-quality care. Through this model, the partnership will enhance operations at existing ASCs and accelerate the development of new centers throughout Florida and additional growth regions.

“This joint venture enables us to establish a national footprint and deliver excellent care more efficiently by streamlining the processes of our surgical services to meet the needs of our patients and providers,” said Arthur Grimberg, assistant vice president and chief operating officer of Orlando Health’s ASCs, in the release.
